How to Strengthen the Vaginal Wall Muscles

 

Keeping your vagina healthy and toned should be a major priority for all women. This isn’t just for sexual reasons and keeping a tight vagina for better stimulation, but for better urinary control and stronger pelvic muscles.  So how exactly do you work you pelvic muscles?  Doing Kegels is probably the best way.  These pelvic exercises strengthen the pelvic floor can help you avoid incontinence and keep vaginal walls toned.  Kegels can also transform feeble orgasms into fabulous ones.

Here’s how they work: Kegels strengthen the pubococcygeus muscles, which contract during orgasm. If they’re stronger, you could have a more intense climax.  To do Kegels you should do a 10 quick contractions, then another 10 and hold for 5 to 10 seconds each. Aim for two to three sets a day.

For those with poor vaginal muscle tone, there are positions which decrease the size of the vaginal canal.  This can be good for the female orgasm as positions like this increase the sexual sensations felt by a woman. These include rear entry positions, like doggy style, or missionary positions where the legs are held more tightly together.   These positions also allow for the deepest penetration, and for increased stimulation and foreplay elsewhere.  Here are some of the best sex positions for tightening the vaginal walls:

·       The ‘Stand and Deliver’: This position requires both parties to be standing, with your partner facing away from you.  The key to this is having the lady bend at the waist.  Bending at the waist tightens a woman’s vaginal walls and increases the intensity of the friction, creating extra pleasure. 

·       The ‘Flatiron’: This position can be thought of as a sort of reverse missionary.  Both partners lie face down, with the woman on the bottom, with legs straight and hips slightly raised to fit snuggly into each other.  The benefit is a narrower fit, where you definitely feel extra stimulation.

·       The ‘G-Whiz’ Position: This position works by the woman lying on her back with her legs resting on each of his shoulders.  Having the legs raised narrows the vagina, and makes it easier for you to hit her G-Spot, making for an extra stimulation position for both of you.
