Watermelon. Watermelon is high in vitamin A and vitamin C. It also contains zero fat, zero sodium, and is another excellent source of lycopene. Lycopene can also be found in grapefruit and apricots.
Berries. Cranberries, strawberries, blackberries, and raspberries are high in antioxidants and vitamin C. Cranberries can also help bladder health and vitamin C may help reduce symptoms of an enlarged prostate.
