Super food for a healthy liver
Although various toxins can enter body in different ways, wise food choices can detoxify these compounds and have opposite effects.
The liver is one of the most important organs in the body which is responsible for detoxifying body from harmful substances such as alcohol & drugs, converting stored sugar in the body to usable sugar, helping to regulate acids amino which leads to iron storage and hemoglobin process in the body.
Beets and Carrots
Carrots are rich in glutathione, a protein that helps to detoxify the liver. Both beet and carrot are very high in containing flavonoids and beta-carotene. Eating carrots and beets helps to stimulate and improve overall liver function.
Tomatoes
Tomatoes contain large amount of glutathione and also lycopene, which protects body against prostate, breast, skin and lung cancer.
Walnuts
Walnuts are good source of glutathione and arginine amino acid, and omega 3 fatty acids which encode the normal actions of the liver, especially when the liver is responsible for detoxifying ammonia.
Avocado

Grapefruit:
Grapefruit is another source of glutathione, which cleanse the liver. Grapefruit is also rich in vitamin C and antioxidants that increases production liver enzyme and leads to the liver’s natural cleansing process.
