5 ways training for a 5K motivates fitness
We may say we want to get fit but more often than not, we always have an excuse for not making it happen. Too tired, too little time, too many other things to do instead. What it really boils down to is lack of motivation.
Finding the motivation to work out isn’t always easy. You have to ask yourself, “why,” as in “why do I want or need to get hot and sweaty when I’m perfectly happy where I am and besides, what’s my goal?”
